100 Days of Creativity
Do you have a creative project on your heart? If you're anything like me, time seems to be diminishing and no matter plentiful the to-do lists, the really important work often slips by the wayside. Yes, it is important. Although it's taken me a long while to acknowledge, for people like us, we're at our best when we make time for creativity.
Earth
This is the portion where all those things build. For me, that's movement, meditation and music, and while Earth starts with an E, I feel there's something magical about those three.
Fire
Passion, inspiration, curiosity and discovery. The things that make you read, and research, wonder and discover often have a syncronicity about them.
Heart
The story, or creative project on your heart is there for a reason. Trusting that is often difficult, but ignoring it, can be harder still! So the best thing is to do a little each day.
